Wilson actually thought it was pretty funny that there was TP in the trees. The Pathfinder had also been rolled, but Phil remved it so he could get in the car to wait for the perps to come back (they returned to the scene 2 times). So, Phil told Wilson that Big Truck had shaken the tp off, which totally got him tickled.
